How does it work?
Get in touch via phone, email or Whatsapp to let us know when you need the clean and where the property is. A member of the team will then get back to you that same day to request a few more details before confirming our availability and sending you a quote.
Once you're all booked in you'll receive a booking confirmation email with all the relevant information including any necessary prep instructions, like defrosting your freezer the night before, for example.
On the day of the clean our team of expert cleaners will go through our thorough cleaning checklist to give your property a full sparkly reset. Our cleans are not time-restricted meaning the cleaners will only leave once the property is spotless.
We take pride in delivering excellent results however if you, your landlord or agency are unsatisfied with the clean we offer a FREE re-clean when requested within 48hrs of the original booking. We'll make sure you don't have any deposit refund issues or delays based on the cleaning.
